When taking over a case, first add yourself as a provider (under "Providers" tab) while the person you are taking over from is still logged in. Then make sure that person has completed all the signatures, after that, he / she can then log off iPro.
Upon logging in, click "My case" and the case should appear in the "In Process Cases" bucket since you have already added as a provider.
Avoid charting under other's log in. All charting should be done under one's own personal iPro account.
