Record Not Found! How To Add Patient?

Upon searching under MRN, "No Records Found" error message pops up.

First check to make sure MRN is correctly entered. If MRN is correct, most likely the patient has not been registered by admission yet. For example, patients have been known to show up in cath lab or B3 cardiac SSU while B3 admission office has yet to finish registering the patients.
While pending registration, one can still manually add the patient by clicking "Quick Add" and enter patient's ID manually. All pink fields are mandatory. Since patient has yet to be registered, encounter number will not be available. Just type in some random number in the mean time. Click "Save Patient" to add the case.

You can then proceed with usual charting. Once registration is completed, the correct encounter number (aka account no. in Sunnycare) can be located in Sunnycare. You can then go back to patient tab in iPro to change the encounter number.
