With the iPad attached to the articulating arm, it should be constantly charging. The battery sign on the top right corner should show a lightning symbol.
The following troubleshooting steps might help resolve any charging issue.
Trace the charging cable from where the arm meets the anethesia machine to the back of the machine. Pay particular attention to the power adaptor, USB C connection and extension cable, making sure all connections are secured.
If it is still not charging after checking the cable externally, remove the iPad and faceplate to check for internal connections.
In case of loose wiring at the hub, contact Stephanie Ward to exchange for a new case.
If charging problem persists despite going through the above steps, contact Stephanie Ward. Likely there is defective connection within the articulating arm.
