How Come PAC Record Is Not Available For Copying In Main Module?
Either patient has not been seen or PAC status has not been set to complete
- If you are doing a patient assessment and the nurse is not involved (Ex. TAVI patients) you can send the Anesthesia Consult note but you will also have to change the status of the record to ‘Pre Assessment Complete’
If this step is missed, the information you gathered during your PAC assessment will not be available in the Main module for your colleagues to copy into their patient record.
1. Select PAC status dropdown
2. Select ‘Pre Op Appointment Complete’ from the dropdown list
3. Select ‘Set’
