How Do I Edit Completed Chart?

You can re-enter a completed chart to make changes or add information. For now, charts remain 'unlockable' indefinitely after completion.

Find the case within the 'Completed Cases' bucket and select it by clicking on it. Right panel with patient info will appear. Click on 'View Case' on the right upper corner.

To change from view only mode, click on 'UNLOCK' icon on the right upper corner and click 'Yes' on the pop up confirmation screen. Don't forget to finalize the chart again once done. Type in the changes made to the case, then click 'Save and Sign' for finalize.
