Parking – Spot # 6 reserved for MD on call or HC1 on weekends. If AA’s will not be using both their spots (#12,#13) you may park here. Give your vehicle plate number to Holly to avoid getting a ticket. Also sign in at the reception desk in the parking log book.
Access to change rooms: code - 4315 (male) and 4325 (female)
Lockers: If you don’t have an assigned locker, please bring a lock. You can use the lockers outside of the OR lounge.
Access to OR greens - same process as Bayview; machine located to right of changing room on 5th floor (via 5th west wing elevators). Scrubs can be obtained in an emergency from the OR clerk (to be returned same day to her !)
Access to McKesson ADU (similar to Pyxis) organized via Holly.
