How Do I Contact iPro Support Team?

Kindly be advised of interim changes to our iPro Support model, below:

1.       iPro Support - Kim Duong Ext: 83949683949 (Monday - Friday, 0730 – 1530 Hrs) Email: #SB_iProSupport@sw.ca, kimphung.duong@sunnybrook.ca

2.       RTA – For equipment/connection issues Phone# ext. 3134 Hours of service: Mon-Fri 05:00 to 20:00

3.       After Hours & Weekends – Users can call the iPro vendor support line Phone #: 1-877-915-1410 -          There will be a person to answer the call from (0700 – 1800 Hrs Central time) -          After-hours select ‘1’ and leave message. Someone from iPro vendor support will get back to you in approx. 10 minutes.
